Chocolate Espresso Pie Bars

Prepare the Crust: Start by making a chocolate cookie crust using crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter.

Brew the Espresso: Brew a strong espresso or coffee. The rich espresso flavor will infuse into the chocolate filling, creating a deliciously bold taste.
