Healthy Pumpkin Muffins 

Ingredients: Gather whole wheat flour, pumpkin puree, honey or maple syrup, eggs, Greek yogurt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract.

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt.

Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, honey or maple syrup, eggs, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Fill Muffin Cups: Spoon the batter into muffin cups lined with paper liners, filling each about 3/4 full.

Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
