Mouthwatering Chicken tray-baked dinner only takes 5 minutes to prepare

To begin, preheat the oven to 350F and then prepare the ingredients. Cut the garlic in half horizontally and slice up the leek. Season the chicken generously with salt and pepper.

Place the roasting tray on the stove and heat up one tablespoon of olive oil. Once the oil is hot, cook each chicken piece until they are golden brown on all sides.

Add the garlic to the tray with the cut side down, then add the leeks. Stir regularly until the vegetables are fully cooked.

Pour the white wine into the tray and leave it to bubble for two minutes and then add your stock. Use a wooden spoon to scrap the bottom of the tray to make sure nothing is sticking or burning.

Next, turn off the heat and add the thyme sprigs, spinach, and butter beans. Make sure the butter beans have been drained and rinsed before adding them to the traybake.

Make sure the ingredients are evenly nestled between the chicken pieces, then season with salt and pepper. Place the tray in the oven and cook for around 35 to 40 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked through.

Make sure to check on the traybake occasionally to give it a stir-through and make sure everything is cooking evenly. Once fully cooked, remove from the oven and leave to cool for five minutes.
