Paleo Baked Eggs in Avocado 

Ingredients: Gather ripe avocados, eggs, salt, pepper, and optional toppings such as chopped herbs, bacon crumbles, or hot sauce.

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cutting Avocados: Slice the avocados in half and remove a small portion of the flesh to create a larger well for the egg.

Cracking Eggs: Carefully crack one egg into each avocado half, ensuring the yolk stays intact within the well.

Seasoning: Sprinkle salt and pepper over each egg-filled avocado half, and add any desired toppings for extra flavor.

Baking: Place the filled avocado halves on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your desired doneness.
