Super Simple Arugula Salad

Ingredients: Gather fresh arugula, lemon, extra virgin olive oil, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

Preparation: Wash and dry the arugula leaves thoroughly to remove any dirt or grit.

Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together freshly squeezed lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
